Owner & Head Chef-Rachel

Hello! I am the owner and head chef of High Country Catering. Growing up in Colorado has given me the opportunity to experience amazing foods. With support from my family & friends I put myself back into school and finally came out a Culinary Graduate! It has been the best decision of my life.  I like to tell people that I make REAL food for REAL people. Meaning I cook how my grandmother has cook for her family over the years. Great ingredients, great technique, and making sure to add a whole lotta love in the process.

QUALITY: Pricing in Colorado has continued to climb. But I promise to stay affordable without giving up quality! We stay away from canned goods and love to shop local when we can. Our food taste good because it is made with products that were grown with love.

SERVICE: I can't take all of the credit. I have an amazing team behind me that makes the magic happen. And because of them we are known for our outstanding service. We all love what we are doing and it makes our events run smoothly. We are happy to accommodate requests when we can. And usually strive to go above and beyond normally standards!
