Meet Rachel, the owner and head chef at High Country Catering. She was born & raised in Colorado in a small town called Brighton. Her love for food started when she was young, and baking for her Grandpa was her favorite hobby. It wasn't long after high school before she knew she wanted to make a career out of it. And with support from her family & friends she put herself back through school. She attend local Culinary School Escoffier in Boulder, where she finished in the top of her class. In 2016, wanting to combine her love of People & Food, she opened up High Country Catering and the rest is history!
Meet Abigail, our Catering Coordinator & Rentals Expert for Weddings. If her infectious smile doesn't make you love her, her knowledge & customer service will! Abigail strives to go above & beyond for each of our clients. She makes it her top priority to be sure that our clients' needs are met. Abigail takes pride in the venue setup & tear down, and guides the waitstaff for your event.
QUALITY: Pricing in Colorado has continued to climb. But we promise to stay affordable without giving up quality! We stay away from canned goods and love to shop local when we can. Our food taste good because it is made with wholesome products and ingredients.
SERVICE: We have an amazing team behind us that makes the magic happen. And because of them we are known for our outstanding service. We all love what we are doing and it makes our events run smoothly. We are happy to accommodate requests when we can. And usually strive to go above and beyond normally standards!
We rent commissary kitchen space from the Brighton Elks Club. This is NOT a location you can visit us without scheduling first. Please reach out to schedule something, as walk ins are not allowed.
