High Country Catering was started in 2016 by Executive Chef Rachel. Her vision for it has been the same since day one. To take the comfort home dishes from around the world and elevate them for upscale events. Specializing in Mexican, Italian, and French style foods.
Meet Rachel, the owner and Executive Chef of High Country Catering.
She was born & raised in Colorado in (what was then) small town Brighton. Her love for food started at a young age while growing up with her Grandpa. His enthusiasm & love for worldly cuisines made it easy for her to be open to trying & experimenting with new things. It wasn't long after high school before she knew she wanted to make a career out of it. She attend local Culinary School Escoffier in Boulder, where she finished in the top of her class. In 2016, wanting to combine her love of People & Food, she opened up High Country Catering and the rest is history!
Meet Abigail, our Lead Catering Coordinator & Rentals Expert for Weddings. If her infectious smile doesn't make you love her, her knowledge & customer service will! Abigail strives to go above & beyond for each of our clients. She makes it her top priority to be sure that our clients' needs are met. Abigail takes pride in the venue setup & tear down, and guides the waitstaff for your event.
We rent commissary kitchen space from the Brighton Elks Club. This is NOT a location you can visit us without scheduling first. Please reach out to schedule something, as walk ins are not allowed.
