Wedding Chicken & Red Wine Pot Roast : Our two most loved dishes. Grilled chicken breasts simmered in a white wine cream sauce. And ever so tender red wine braised beef pot roast.
Creamy Mashed Potatoes: A house favorite. Russet & Yukon gold potatoes are mashed with heavy cream, milk, and lots of butter until perfectly smooth!
Roasted Asparagus : Tender roasted asparagus seasoned and served with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
House Salad: Mixed spring greens tossed with shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and croutons. Served with two Dressings on the side.

Fresh Fruit & Mozzarella Skewers : Fresh summer fruits (peaches, blackberries, raspberries) are placed on a skewer with basil, mozzarella cheese, and drizzled with a balsamic glaze
Herbed Goat Cheese Dip: One of our most popular dips. Creamy goat cheese, cream cheese, herbs, and roasted cherry tomatoes. Served with french bread & fresh vegetables.
Chicken & Strawberry Wonton Cups: Grilled chicken, fresh strawberries, and avocado are tossed in a light vinaigrette. Served in a crunch wonton cup.
Stuffed Flank Steak Roulades: Flank steak is pounded thin and stuffed with parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary & thyme. Rolled and then grilled until medium rare.
Sundried Tomato Stuffed Chicken: Chicken breast are butterflied and stuffed with a mozzarella, spinach, & sun-dried tomato mixture. Seared until golden brown and simmer in a white wine cream sauce.
Brie Mashed Potatoes : Yukon potatoes are mashed with heavy cream, butter, milk, and finished with dollops of soft brie cheese. A delectable potato dish!
Balsamic Vegetables: Zucchini, asparagus, yellow squash, red onion, and red bell pepper are grilled and tossed in a warm balsamic glaze.
Summer Salad: Baby spinach topped with toasted walnuts, feta cheese, and fresh strawberries & blueberries. Served with a white balsamic vinaigrette.

Bacon Wrapped Dates: Medjol dates are pitted and stuffed with a salted smoked almond and blue cheese. Then wrapped in a thick cut bacon before being glazed with honey & maple syrup.
Brie & Raspberry Phyllo Bites: Brie cheese & fresh made with local raspberry jam are baked in a crispy mini phyllo shell. Topped with crushed toasted walnuts & parsley.
Herb Crusted Pork Loin & Apple Chutney: Pork loins are rubbed with a Dijon mustard marinade before being tossed in our special herb seasoning blend. Served sliced with warm spiced apple chutney on the side.
Rosemary Cranberry Chicken: Whole chickens are marinated in a Rosemary Infused Olive Oil marinade. Roasted until the skin is crispy & browned and the cranberries have just "popped"!
Fall Sage Potato Medley: Yukon, russets, and sweet potatoes are roasted in olive oil and seasonings. Finished with fresh sage & butter.
Braised Green Beans: Fresh green beans are simmered with red bell peppers in chicken stock until tender crisp.
3 Cheese Mac N' Cheese: Our house made macaroni & cheese is ooey & gooey & full of cheese! Topped with a panko bread crumb topping.
Winter Salad: Mixed spring greens tossed with roasted butternut squash, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese. Served with choice of two dressings on the side.
Honey Cornbread Slabs: Freshly baked cornbread served in slabs with soft butter for spreading

Shrimp & Avocado Ceviche: A Client favorite. Marinate shrimp with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
Queso & Chips: Classic cheesy queso served warm with tortillas chips on the side.
Mexican Street Corn Cups: Your favorite Elote flavors! Grilled Fresh corn, queso fresco, fresh lime juice, and a lime mayo all tossed together. Topped with chili powder & a lime wedge. Serve in a cup with a mini spoon.
Blackened Chicken in Poblano Cream Sauce: Grilled blackened chicken breast in a creamy roasted poblano pepper sauce.
Colorado Pork Carnitas in Green Chile: Tender roasted pork shoulder in a classic Colorado Style Green Chile. Your choice of mild, medium, or hot!
Cilantro Lime Rice: Steamed white rice with fresh lime juice & cilantro.
Frijoles Borrachos (Drunken Beans): A personal favorite dish! House-made pinto beans are simmer with a dark Mexican beer, bacon, onion, garlic and jalapenos. Full of flavor!
Calabacita Squash: Sauteed Zucchini, bell pepper, fresh corn kernels, & yellow squash
Mixed spring greens tossed with shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and croutons. Served with Ranch & Italian Dressings on the sides.
Handmade flour & corn tortillas. Slightly charred over an open flame to bring out the flavors. Served warmed!
